Our Impact

Every House of Neoma piece is made with care, from breathable cotton fabrics to the hands that bring each print to life. We work with women artisans in Jaipur and create pieces designed to be worn slowly, loved often, and kept beyond one season.

Answered before checkout

Some pieces are ready to dispatch, while others are handmade after you order. The preparation time is shown on each product page. Handmade-after-order pieces require 1–2 business days before dispatch. Free standard shipping takes 6–10 business days from order. Express delivery is $15 AUD at 3–6 business days from order. International delivery rates, duties and taxes are shown at checkout.

Free size is cut for AU 8–14 — bust 84–104 cm, waist 68–92 cm, hips up to 110 cm. Check each product page for available fit details, or contact us for personal fit help.

Changed your mind? Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Australian returns go to Melbourne, and the customer pays change-of-mind return postage. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled separately under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns, Store Credit & Refund Policy.

We aim to photograph true to colour in natural daylight. Because prints are pressed by hand, small variations in print placement, colour tone and pattern alignment are natural characteristics of hand-block printing.

Each House of Neoma piece is prepared by hand before dispatch. Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched, usually within 1–2 business days. This preparation time is already included in the delivery estimate shown at checkout.

Please note: As each piece is handmade and block printed, slight variations in colour, print and placement may occur. These small differences make every piece unique.
